At Taniraa Jewels, we maintain strict quality checks for every product. Since all our jewelry is carefully handcrafted/curated, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we do offer an exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

A product is eligible for exchange only if:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You have a mandatory unboxing video showing:

  • the sealed package,

  • full unboxing without cuts/pauses,

  • the damaged/incorrect product clearly.

2. Time Window

You must raise an exchange request within 72 hours of delivery.

3. Conditions

• No exchange is provided for change of mind, size issues, or colour variations due to lighting/screen differences.

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customised or personalized items
