Taniraa (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website to provide customers with jewellery products and related services.
By using our site, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

  • We offer limited-stock and curated pieces. Once sold out, items may or may not come back in stock.

  • We make every effort to display colours, sizes, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences or photography.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation (if applicable).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

    • Payment issues

    • Stock unavailability

    • Incorrect pricing

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (as supported on checkout).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier availability. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout.

  • Once an order is dispatched, Taniraa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect address may result in delays or non-delivery.

5. Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

We currently do not accept returns.

We offer exchange/replacement only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • Wrong product received

Conditions for exchange:

  • You must unbox the parcel on video (unbroken, continuous video is mandatory).

  • Raise a request within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Taniraa reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on video and product condition. Kindly read our Return Policy for more details. 

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Prepaid orders refunded after cancellation may take 5–7 working days to reflect.

7. Pricing Errors

While we strive to keep all information accurate, typographical errors may occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including images, product designs, logos, text, layout, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Taniraa.

  • You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Taniraa is not liable for:

  • Loss/damage caused by courier handling (after dispatch)

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
